1. Digital Goods Warranty
Because our platform provides intangible, non-physical software access that can be instantly consumed and replicated, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully processed and the license key has been revealed or time has elapsed.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We will carefully review refund requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase on a case-by-case basis. Examples of acceptable situations include complete non-delivery of service or software incompatibility that our support staff cannot resolve.
3. Dispute Resolution
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute through your payment provider without first contacting our Support team via Discord will result in an immediate, permanent ban and void any eligibility for a voluntary refund.
